Shipping policy

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. International orders can take 45 BUSINESS days to be delivered. Customs can hold a package for 21 BUSINESS days.

You are responsible for providing a safe and secure place for packages to be left at your address. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered. If a package is marked delivered and is not there check all doors and places it could have been left. Some carriers think they are putting packages in a secure spot but they are really hiding them from you. If you have looked everywhere, contact the carrier. They can provide you with a GPS location of where the item was left. If it was left at your house and is not there file a police report. Mail theft is a federal offense.

USPS/Fedex/UPS delays and lost packages. I am not responsible for delays. Unfortunately have zero control over what the carrier does with the package once it leaves my studio. All packages are insured and a claim will be filed when allowed by the carrier. A refund will not be given until it has officially considered lost by the carrier. 15-45 BUSINESS days.
